This is an exciting opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment. You will work closely with our General Counsel and legal team, supporting a wide range of legal and compliance matters across our international business.Key responsibilities:Assist in reviewing and drafting basic legal documents, including NDAs, partnership agreements, and commercial contractsSupport legal research on topics such as media, advertising, technology, and IP law across multiple jurisdictionsHelp monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Titan OS operationsParticipate in contract management processes (tracking, organizing, and maintaining templates and signed agreements)Support compliance and risk management initiatives across the businessAssist in the coordination with external legal counsel and internal stakeholdersHelp prepare internal reports, presentations, and legal updates for cross-functional teamsRequirementsWhat makes you a great fit:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (preferably with a focus on commercial, media, or technology law)Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracyEagerness to learn and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetInterest in the tech, media, or entertainment industry is a plusBenefitsReasons to apply:Compensation in line with the internship programmeOpportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative international environmentHands-on experience and exposure to real business projectsOpportunity to learn and develop your skills alongside an experienced teamChange the future of TV!
