The intern will support lawyers and legal consultants with day-to-day tasks such as legal research, drafting and formatting legal documents, and organizing case files. Responsibilities include assisting in preparing memoranda, contracts, and briefs, summarizing legal texts, and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness. The intern may attend meetings or internal discussions to observe client interactions and case strategy development. This internship role is designed to provide practical exposure to professional legal work, academic application in real cases, and mentoring from experienced legal professionals.Qualifications Strong legal research and analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation, including memoranda, contracts, and correspondence.Attention to detail and solid organizational skills to manage files, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law program; strong academic performance is an advantage.Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and respond constructively to feedback.Interest in developing a legal career within a professional law firm setting and willingness to learn from experienced practitioners.
