Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities:* Manage ongoing and new litigation matters of the organization* Handled civil, criminal, labour, consumer & commercial disputes* Draft legal notices, replies, written statements, affidavits & petitions* Coordinate with external advocates for hearings and case strategy* Track hearings, maintain litigation calendar & ensure timely updates* Ensure compliance with court orders, legal notices & regulatory requirements* Support dispute resolution and settlement discussionsPreferred Profile:Candidates with strong litigation exposure, drafting skills, and experience in BAUI/legal risk management will be highly preferred.
