SANY Saudi Arabia is Hiring – Legal Manager🏢 Company: SANY Saudi Arabia📍 Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia💼 Position: Legal Manager⚖️ Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and support to management and business units on a wide range of commercial and corporate legal matters.Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Ensure company operations comply with applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and legal requirements.Identify and assess legal risks and provide practical recommendations to mitigate potential exposure.Manage and coordinate litigation, disputes, claims, and legal proceedings with external legal counsel when required.Provide legal support for commercial transactions, procurement, sales, leasing, employment, and other business activities.Monitor changes in Saudi legislation and regulations and advise relevant departments on their potential impact.Develop and maintain internal legal policies, procedures, templates, and contract standards.Support internal departments in resolving legal issues and ensure timely legal assistance.Maintain proper records of contracts, legal documents, disputes, and other legal matters.Liaise with government authorities, external lawyers, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders when required.🎯 RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Law or a related legal field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.Proven experience in commercial, corporate, or in-house legal roles, preferably within a multinational, industrial, construction, or heavy-equipment company.Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations, particularly commercial and corporate matters.Experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and legal risk management.Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and provide practical legal solutions in a fast-paced business environment.Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.Saudi legal qualification/licensing or relevant local legal experience will be an advantage.📩 How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to:📧 nizamuddins@sanygroup.comEmail Subject: Legal Manager – Riyadh
