Position: Senior Legal Advisor / Legal Manager

Location: DubaiExperience: 7–10 yearsWe are hiring a Senior Legal Advisor/Legal Manager to lead legal affairs across contract law, corporate, real estate, investments, compliance, and dispute management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advisory on Local & DIFC laws and corporate and commercial frameworks.Draft, review & negotiate contracts (shareholder, investment, NDAs, MOUs, vendor/service agreements).Advise on real estate legal matters, RERA compliance & disputes.Ensure corporate governance, regulatory compliance & risk management.Manage litigation and disputes & liaise with regulators/external counsel.

Requirements

Law degree from a Common Law jurisdiction (UK, Australia, Canada, etc.).7–10 years’ experience (incl. 2–3 years local/DIFC).Strong in corporate, commercial, and real estate legal advisory.Excellent drafting & negotiation skills; English fluency a must (Arabic a plus).
