Legal Manager

Are you a commercially minded legal professional looking to make an impact across multiple Middle Eastern markets?We are currently working with our client, a leading multinational organisation in the FMCG sector, to appoint a Legal Manager to support its operations across the Middle East.Working closely with the Middle East Legal Director, this position will play a key role in providing strategic legal guidance to various business functions, navigating complex regulatory environments, and ensuring commercial activities remain compliant with local legislation.Operating across a diverse and evolving regional landscape, our client offers an opportunity to gain exposure to complex legal and commercial matters across multiple Middle Eastern markets.The successful candidate will be challenged to apply their expertise in commercial contracts, competition law, and regulatory compliance, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to support business decisions.This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your regional legal expertise, take ownership of cross-border legal matters, and play an active role in shaping legal processes and compliance practices within a multinational environment.To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should meet the following criteria:Law degree from an accredited university, with a minimum of 5 years of legal experience gained within a reputable law firm and/or multinational organisation.Strong experience in commercial contracts, international business transactions, distribution agreements, and competition/antitrust law.Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, ideally with exposure to multiple Middle Eastern markets.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice.
