Manager – LegalINDUSTRY: Renewable EnergyLOCATION: Colombo, Sri LankaDESIGNATION: Manager – LegalPACKAGE: Gross LKR 250,000 – 300,000OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Legal professional to manage commercial and corporate legal matters within the renewable energy sector, with strong expertise in Commercial Law and Notarial Services.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle commercial and corporate legal matters.Draft, review and prepare commercial agreements, contracts and legal documentation.Perform notarial services, including certification and attestation of legal documents.Provide legal advice on commercial transactions and contractual matters.Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.Liaise with external legal professionals, government authorities and relevant stakeholders.Pre-RequisitesMinimum 6 years of relevant legal experience.Commercial Law experience is mandatory.Notarial certification authority and practical experience in certifying legal documents are mandatory.Strong knowledge of commercial agreements, contracts and legal documentation.Exposure to the renewable energy, power or infrastructure sector would be an added advantage.Candidates at Legal Officer, Assistant Manager or Manager level are encouraged to apply.
