Team members join a dynamic environment focused on innovation, client service, and operational excellence.Role Description The Legal Memo Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal memos and documentation for various OnTime Group entities, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with applicable UAE laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing legal issues, conducting legal research, providing clear written opinions, and preparing supporting documents for internal teams and clients. The Legal Memo Advisor collaborates with business units to assess legal risks, offers practical legal advice on operational matters, and supports cases related to labor and employment, contracts, and regulatory compliance. The role also involves maintaining organized legal files, tracking deadlines, and contributing to continuous improvement of legal processes and standards.Qualifications Strong foundation in Law with the ability to interpret UAE legislation and regulations, and address a broad range of Legal Issues.Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and structuring legal memos, contracts, and official correspondence.Experience providing clear, practical Legal Advice to internal stakeholders and clients, with sound judgment and risk awareness.Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law in the UAE, including compliance requirements and dispute resolution practices.Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a postgraduate legal qualification or bar admission is an advantage.Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills, with attention to detail and excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government-related services in the UAE is preferred.
