Prospective team members will join a company recognized for large-scale projects and technical excellence in the energy industry.Role Description The role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and legal documents related to EPC/EPCIC projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The Legal Officer will provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on business operations, project structures, and risk mitigation, and support the resolution of disputes and claims. Collaborate with cross - functional teams to align counsel when required.Coordinate and support other Departments when issues arise related to risk management,manage disputes, claims, and coordination with external counsel when required.QualificationsLevel: Fresher or JuniorBachelor’s degree or higher in Law. (ULAW, UEL, HNLLAW, ...)English: above IELTS 7.0 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
