You will play a key role in strengthening governance, compliance, and legal risk management while helping the business grow responsibly. The position offers a unique opportunity to influence decision-making, establish legal best practices, and build scalable legal processes within a dynamic multinational environment.What You'll DoCommercial Contract ManagementDraft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including customer contracts, supplier agreements, service agreements, and NDAs.Partner closely with business teams to identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.Support commercial activities while balancing legal protection and business objectives.Governance, Compliance & Risk ManagementSupport corporate governance and legal administration across multiple Taiwan entities.Manage statutory filings, corporate records, shareholder documentation, and entity compliance requirements.Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess potential business impacts.Promote a strong compliance and governance culture across the organization.Legal Advisory & Process ImprovementServe as a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders and management.Partner with HR and business leaders to provide legal guidance on employment and labor law matters, ensuring compliance while supporting business objectives.Develop and continuously improve contract management processes, legal templates, and governance frameworks.Deliver legal and compliance awareness training to employees and managers.Coordinate and manage external legal counsel when necessary, and contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law or above.Minimum 3-5 years of legal experience, including at least 2 years in an in-house legal role.Strong experience in commercial contract management and negotiation.Working knowledge of Taiwan corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory laws.Experience providing practical legal advice on employment and labor law matters.Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in multinational corporations or matrix organizations.Experience developing legal processes, governance structures, or compliance programs.Taiwan Bar qualification is a plus but not required.Why Join Eurofins?Eurofins is a global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) services, operating in 59 countries with over 65,000 employees worldwide.Joining Eurofins Taiwan means you will:Partner directly with senior leadership and business leaders.Contribute to critical business and governance decisions.Build and enhance legal and compliance frameworks in a growing organization.Gain exposure to diverse industries including environmental testing, food testing, and life sciences.Be part of an international organization driven by science, innovation, and sustainable growth.Apply NowIf you are a pragmatic legal professional who enjoys partnering with the business and building scalable legal solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
