Legal Researcher - UAE National

Job PurposeConduct legal research and studies, provide legal opinions and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, and analyze legal-related issues to support informed decision-making within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and prepare studies, analyses, opinions, and recommendations on legal matters.Review and process legal requests received from internal organizational units and external entities.Coordinate with judicial and legal authorities regarding requirements related to internal and external legal requests.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal requests, including relevant employee and case information.Ensure all legal requests are properly documented and that required supporting documents and records are maintained.Coordinate the provision of technical and logistical requirements necessary to process and complete legal requests.Review legal requests submitted by organizational units and external parties and ensure timely updates to the relevant records.Provide required information and documentation to relevant legal and judicial authorities.Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Law with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; orMaster's degree in Law.Professional certifications or training in Commercial & Business Law and Legal Compliance are an advantage.Core CompetenciesLegal Research & AnalysisLegal Documentation & Case ManagementRegulatory & Compliance KnowledgeStakeholder CoordinationAttention to DetailAnalytical & Problem-Solving SkillsCommunication & CollaborationAbility to manage multiple legal requests and deadlines
