Clear service principles guide the firm’s approach, setting a high standard of professionalism and client care that team members are expected to uphold.Role Description This full-time, on-site Legal Secretary role is based in Dubai and supports the firm’s advocates and legal consultants in daily operations. Responsibilities include preparing, formatting, and managing legal documents, maintaining case files, and organizing correspondence and records. The role involves diary management, scheduling appointments, hearings, and meetings, and coordinating with internal teams and external parties as needed. The Legal Secretary will handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document tracking, while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all administrative and legal support activities.QualificationsStrong foundation in Law with the ability to understand legal terminology and procedures.Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents and contracts.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Experience supporting Legal Assistants or legal teams, providing reliable administrative and case management support.Well-developed Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, correspondence management, and office organization.Effective Diary Management skills, including scheduling hearings, meetings, and managing calendars for multiple stakeholders.High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with legal case management systems is beneficial.Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a legal administrative role, preferably within a law firm environment.Relevant diploma or degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
