قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Secretary (Saudi national, female) to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to attorneys and paralegals in our Saudi Arabia office. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic, familiar with US and international law firm practices, and comfortable working within the local regulatory and cultural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to assigned partners, associates, and paralegalsPrepare, format, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, memoranda, and presentations in both English and ArabicManage attorneys' calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and organize video/conference calls across time zonesOpen, maintain, and close client files in accordance with firm policies and conflict-check proceduresPrepare and submit time entries, expense reports, and billing support in the firm's timekeeping systemCoordinate with the Dubai, London, New York, or other regional offices as needed on cross-border mattersLiaise with Saudi government bodies, notaries, and courts for document filing, attestation, and translation as requiredHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including drafting routine letters and managing document distributionOrganize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring compliance with document retention policiesAssist with the coordination of client meetings, closings, and firm eventsMaintain strict confidentiality regarding client and firm mattersProvide backup support to other secretaries/assistants during absences or peak workload periodsQualificationsRequired:Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a legal secretary, preferably within a US, UK, or international law firmFluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) — bilingual correspondence and translation support requiredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with document management systems (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments) and timekeeping software (e.g., Aderant, Elite, Intapp) preferredExcellent typing speed and accuracy in both English and ArabicStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProfessional demeanor and discretion in handling confidential informationSaudi national (female) — required, per firm hiring policy and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirementsPreferred:Diploma or degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related fieldPrior experience supporting corporate, banking, or litigation practice groupsFamiliarity with Saudi court and government filing procedures (Najiz, Ministry of Commerce, etc.)Notary/attestation coordination experienceSkills & CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work under pressure and manage competing deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivityProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
