Fizzy Bubbly is growing internationally, and we’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our in-house Legal team. You’ll provide essential administrative and organisational support to the team, helping manage legal documentation, contracts, corporate records, regulatory matters, and internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structure and detail, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and can manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced B2B gaming environment. Your role at a glance Legal administration and document management Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the Legal team Prepare, format, proofread, organise, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, contracts, and other records Support contract administration, including tracking agreements and maintaining complete and accurate records of executed documents Monitor key contractual dates, deadlines, renewals, and notice periods Maintain accurate and well-organised electronic filing and document management systems Ensure legal documentation is properly stored, easily accessible, and handled confidentially Legal tracking and corporate administration Maintain and regularly update Excel spreadsheets, trackers, registers, and databases used by the Legal team Track contracts, legal requests, corporate records, regulatory matters, licences, deadlines, and other key legal information Assist with maintaining corporate documentation and records relating to the company’s group entities Support the collection and organisation of information and documentation required for corporate and regulatory matters Team coordination and general support Assist with managing calendars, meetings, deadlines, and internal Legal team requests Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisers to obtain information, documentation, approvals, and signatures Follow up on outstanding requests and help ensure actions are completed within the required timelines Support the Legal team in maintaining efficient administrative procedures and internal processes Assist with other legal and administrative matters as required We’re looking for Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, Paralegal, or in a similar legal support role Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Experience maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, registers, and document management systems The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and requests effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, professional, and reliable approach The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Fluency in English Key attributes The ideal candidate will be: Highly organised, accurate, and methodical Proactive and comfortable taking initiative Dependable and committed to following tasks through to completion Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional, discreet, and responsible A collaborative team player with a positive, solution-focused approach What’s in it for you? This is an opportunity to become an important part of an international company’s in-house Legal team and contribute to the smooth management of its legal, corporate, and regulatory activities. You’ll gain exposure to a varied range of legal and administrative matters within the B2B iGaming industry while developing your skills alongside experienced legal professionals. You’ll join a fast-paced and ambitious environment where your contribution is valued, your attention to detail makes a real difference, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside the business. If you’re organised, proactive, and ready to take the next step in your legal support career, we’d love to hear from you.
