This role oversees the legal function related to the center’s activities, with a focus on industry-relevant legal frameworks and compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and drafting legal documents, advising on regulatory and contractual matters, and ensuring that training programs reflect current legal standards and best practices. The Legal Section Head will manage legal consultations for internal stakeholders, support risk management efforts, and coordinate with external legal entities when necessary. The role also involves developing legal policies, guiding staff on legal issues, and contributing to the design of training materials related to law and compliance.Qualifications Strong foundation in Law with experience addressing sector-specific Legal Issues, particularly those relevant to training and professional development environments.Proficiency in Legal Consulting, including providing clear, practical advice to internal stakeholders and supporting decision-making processes.Demonstrated ability in Legal Document Preparation, such as contracts, policies, agreements, and regulatory documentation.Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal topics in an accessible and professional manner.Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) required; a postgraduate degree or specialized legal certifications are preferred.Proven experience in a legal leadership or supervisory role, ideally within an industrial, training, or educational context.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and sound judgment in managing legal risk.Ability to work on-site in Al Minufiyah, Egypt, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain high ethical standards.
