Our operations follow internationally recognized manufacturing practices and strict GMP, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, with a strong commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, biosecurity, and contamination control.About the RoleKlybeck Life Sciences MENA is seeking a qualified Legal Specialist to join its team at the company’s manufacturing facility in Dammam.The Legal Specialist will provide practical legal support across a broad range of business matters. The role includes drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, internal policies, and compliance documents while ensuring alignment with Saudi laws, applicable regulations, and relevant international standards.The successful candidate will work closely with business units to identify and assess legal risks related to manufacturing operations, regulatory requirements, employment matters, commercial partnerships, compliance, and corporate governance.Key Responsibilities• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documents.• Provide legal advice and practical guidance to internal business stakeholders.• Identify, assess, and communicate legal and compliance risks.• Support legal matters related to manufacturing, regulatory compliance, employment, and commercial activities.• Ensure company documents, policies, and practices comply with Saudi laws and relevant international standards.• Prepare and maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized legal records.• Coordinate with external legal counsel and other professional advisers when required.• Support the development and implementation of compliance and corporate governance frameworks.• Communicate complex legal matters clearly to non-legal colleagues.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal and compliance processes.Qualifications and Experience• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LLB, JD, or equivalent).• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations.• Relevant experience handling diverse legal matters, preferably within a regulated or manufacturing environment.• Hands-on experience drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, internal policies, and compliance documents.• Experience providing legal advice, conducting risk assessments, and supporting business stakeholders.• Ability to coordinate effectively with external legal counsel.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.• High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to compliance and corporate governance.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
