The role will involve drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising internal stakeholders on legal requirements, managing legal and commercial transactions through relevant Saudi platforms, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and support on day-to-day legal matters.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi laws and regulations.Support legal claims, disputes, and related matters.Conduct legal research and provide recommendations to management.Coordinate with external legal advisors and relevant government authorities.Maintain legal records, contracts, and documentation.Independently manage and follow up on legal, governmental, and commercial transactions through online platforms and in person.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law or a relevant field.3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations.Hands-on experience with Saudi judicial and commercial platforms, including Taradhi, Najiz, Maeen, and the Business Platform.Excellent English communication and legal drafting skills.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively with multiple functions and stakeholders.If this opportunity is of interest to you, please share your updated CV and contact details, and I will be happy to discuss the role further.Best regardsRajeev
