Develop legal plans and strategies to ensure the Company’s e-commerce operations are implemented as planned while minimizing compliance risks.Provide legal guidance to internal departments to maintain compliance across operational processes, while proactively monitoring and communicating changes in laws, regulations, and platform policies.-----Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth research on complex legal and regulatory matters relating to e-commerce, cross-border trade, intellectual property, and other relevant legal areas.Research and analyze applicable laws, legal documents, and e-commerce platform policies; prepare and deliver clear, practical, and actionable legal advice.Ensure ongoing compliance with e-commerce platform requirements, including market-specific regulations, platform policies, seller compliance requirements, and relevant domestic and international laws.Assist in resolving legal and compliance matters, including platform policy violations, disputes, and enforcement actions when required.Deliver legal and compliance training to employees in accordance with the Company’s needs and training plans, where applicable.Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.-----Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or higher in Law, preferably with a specialization in Economic Law, Commercial Law, or International Trade Law.At least four years of hands-on experience conducting in-depth research into complex legal matters involving foreign jurisdictions, including researching, analyzing, and synthesizing legislation, case law, enforcement guidance, and relevant policies.Experience in business operations or e-commerce is an advantage.Experience in cross-border e-commerce is highly preferred.English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above.📩 To apply, please send your CV to: hr@teecom.vnWorking Location: The M.O.R.E, 60 Nguyen Thong, HCMC
