قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجLegal Specialist — Alkhorayef Group | Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAlkhorayef Group is looking for a Legal Specialist to join our Legal function and support contracts, corporate governance, and dispute management across the Group's operations in the Kingdom.About the roleReporting into the Legal function, you will draft and review commercial agreements, manage the Group's corporate records and regulatory filings, maintain the contract register, and prepare case files for commercial and labor disputes — working closely with business units, HR, and external counsel.Key responsibilitiesDraft and review commercial contracts, supply and service agreements, NDAs, and letters of intentReview counterparty drafts and flag deviations in liability, indemnity, payment, termination, and governing-law terms, with recommended positions for senior legal reviewPrepare and submit commercial registration renewals, articles amendments, and shareholder filings with the Ministry of Commerce and MISADraft board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and authorized-signatory documents for execution and notarizationMaintain the corporate register of licenses, registrations, and certificates, and track renewal deadlinesMaintain the contract register — parties, value, term, renewal and notice dates — and alert the business ahead of expiry and auto-renewal windowsCompile dispute case files, prepare factual chronologies and case summaries, and track hearing dates and filing deadlines advised by external counselReview employment contracts, secondment letters, disciplinary notices, and settlement agreements against Saudi Labor LawPrepare documentation packs for matters before MHRSD settlement bodies and the labor courts, for filing by licensed external counselAdvise HR on the evidential record required before disciplinary or termination decisionsMonitor amendments to Saudi laws and implementing regulations affecting Group operations, including the Personal Data Protection Law, and maintain the compliance trackerWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field3–6 years of legal practice in Saudi Arabia, in a corporate legal department or a law firm serving commercial clientsWorking knowledge of Saudi commercial and civil law, the Companies Law, and Saudi Labor LawExperience with corporate registrations and filings (Ministry of Commerce, MISA) and preparation of case files for labor and commercial disputesStrong legal drafting in both Arabic and English, and practical command of legal document management and contract registers
