Legal Specialist

Key responsibilities: Review, draft, and summarize agreements and other legal documents.Provide legal advice and support to business units on legal and contractual matters.Handle litigation and dispute matters, including coordination with external legal counsel.Assess legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the company's business operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law (S.H.).Minimum 2-4 years of experience in corporate legal, commercial legal, or law firm practice. Preferably from insurance industry.Strong knowledge of contract law and corporate legal matters.Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements and other legal documents.Familiarity with litigation and dispute management processes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal drafting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
