Job SummaryThe Legal Specialist will provide legal support across the organization, including contract drafting and review, legal research, regulatory compliance, case follow-up, and dispute resolution. The role requires strong knowledge of applicable Saudi laws and regulations and the ability to identify and minimize legal risks.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate construction and subcontract agreementsConduct legal due diligence for projects and transactionsEnsure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and construction requirementsRepresent the company before courts and government authoritiesManage legal disputes, claims, and litigationProvide legal advice to internal stakeholders and project teamsLiaise with external law firms and regulatory bodiesMaintain and update legal records, contracts, and case filesMonitor regulatory changes and advise management accordinglyQualificationsSaudi NationalBachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia.4–5 years of relevant legal experiencePrevious experience with a reputable law firm or a leading legal consultancy firm is required.Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, contracts, and regulationsExperience in handling contracts and legal documentationFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks and government proceduresFluent in EnglishStrong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
