Legal Specialist – Healthcare Sector

We are seeking a Legal Specialist to join our healthcare facility and provide legal support across operational and regulatory matters.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal advice on healthcare operations, contracts, agreements, and regulatory matters.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare laws and regulations.Handle legal correspondence, claims, disputes, and related matters.Coordinate with external legal counsel and relevant authorities when required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.Valid Saudi Bar Association (SBA) Lawyer License.Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and healthcare regulations.Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.If you are passionate about identifying and attracting exceptional talent, we would love to hear from you.
