Legal Specialist / Lawyer – Tamheer Trainee

The trainee will support the legal team by reviewing and preparing legal documents, assisting with the drafting and analysis of contracts, and helping ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, identifying and tracking legal issues relevant to shipping, transportation, storage, and customs operations, and providing basic legal consulting under supervision. The role also involves collaborating with internal departments, maintaining organized legal records, and communicating clearly with stakeholders to support risk management and informed decision-making. The position is designed to provide practical training and professional development within the Tamheer program framework.Qualifications Solid foundation in Law and the ability to understand and apply relevant legal frameworks.Skills in Legal Consulting and the capacity to provide informed guidance under supervision.Experience or training in Legal Document Preparation, including contracts, letters, and internal policies.Ability to identify, analyze, and report on Legal Issues related to logistics, transportation, and customs.Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification (eligible for Tamheer program requirements).Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly.Proficiency in Arabic and English; familiarity with Saudi regulations and commercial law is an advantage.Willingness to learn, work on-site in Riyadh, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
