Training Title:Legal Specialist (Tamheer Program)Job Description:Conduct legal research and analysis, review legal documents, contracts, agreements, policies, and regulations, and provide legal opinions and recommendations to support the organization’s legal and compliance matters.Key Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and review laws, regulations, legislation, judicial precedents, and case-related information to support the analysis and resolution of legal matters.Assist in preparing and drafting legal studies, legal opinions, legal consultations, memoranda, and other legal documents.Review contracts, agreements, and memoranda of understanding, identify legal risks, provide legal comments, and monitor the implementation of legal provisions and obligations.Assist in preparing legal documents and submissions, including statements of claim, response memoranda, and other documents related to litigation and legal proceedings.Review internal policies and regulations to ensure their alignment and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and legislation.Assess legal requests and matters referred to the department, evaluate available legal options, and contribute to providing appropriate legal recommendations.Support governance and compliance activities within the scope of the department’s responsibilities and coordinate with relevant departments on legal matters.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related fields.Fresh graduate eligible for the Tamheer Program.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Good understanding of legal research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Professional proficiency in Arabic and working knowledge of English.Program Duration:6 Months.In addition to the requirements and qualifications stated above, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria of the Tamheer Program, in accordance with the requirements outlined in the link below:Tamheer Program – Graduate Development Program Requirements
