Our AI can write fluently. What it cannot do is know when it is wrong. That judgment, earned through years of real practice, should validate the power of Ai. That judgment is you.This is not a back-office advisory seat. You will sit at the center of the product with other experts, and the product will carry your thinking to every lawyer who uses it.What your weeks will look likeBuild with engineers, every day. Whiteboard sessions, sprint reviews, hallway debates. You translate law into logic that engineers can build, and they translate your ideas into features you can see working by Friday.Define what "correct" means. Review AI outputs for accuracy and nuance. Set the quality bar for research answers, drafts, and compliance checks, then hold every release to it.Extend the product's scope. Research, drafting, and compliance are chapter one. You will spot the next workflow worth automating and help turn it into the next module on the roadmap.Feed the knowledge engine. Drafting formats, precedents, procedures, citation standards. You will shape the legal brain behind the platform.Join the firefighting. When a quality issue surfaces or the team is split on an approach, we get in a room, argue it out with respect, and leave with consensus. You will often be the deciding voice.Test like the toughest senior you ever worked under. If a feature would not survive real practice, you say so before a lawyer outside ever sees it.The ecosystem you are joiningFun-filled, and strictly timeline-driven. The product is better because both are in the room, and you will be welcome whichever one you are.You might be our person ifYou hold an LL.B. and enrollment as an advocate, or an equivalent legal qualification.You have 3+ years of real practice. Litigation, corporate, in-house, or a serious mix. You have lived the grind of research, drafting, and compliance firsthand.Technology excites you. You already use AI tools, and you have strong opinions about where they fall short for lawyers.You explain law in plain words. To engineers, designers, and anyone who has never seen the inside of a courtroom.You enjoy fast rooms. You like being challenged, you challenge back, and you care more about getting it right than being right.You want your work to outlive the matter. A brief helps one client.
