We provide timely, innovative, and high-quality legal services to our international and local clients in the areas of:· Banking & Finance· Capital Markets· Fintech/ Crypto Assets· Corporate, M&A· Dispute Resolution· TaxJob DescriptionThe trainee lawyer will assist (1) Banking, Finance & Capital Markets (Crypto Assets) Team which focuses on initial public offerings, establishment processes, derivatives and crypto assets and provides services to various international and local fintech, brokerage, portfolio and asset management and public companies as well as crypto asset service providers, (2) Litigation Team which deals with capital markets/ crypto assets related matters, other commercial disputes and white-collar crimes and,(3) Corporate, M&A Team which focuses on day-to-day commercial activities, establishments, restructurings, public and private M&As as well as competition, compliance, employment, insurance, IP, and personal data protection matters.RequirementsThe ideal candidate should be:(1) A graduate of a major reputable law school with the highest grades or otherwise providing evidence of strong basic legal skills.(2) Fluent in written and spoken English.(3) Enthusiastic to work hard in order to be one of the most skilled lawyers in the area.Diversity&PriorityWe highly value diversity and welcome candidates from various backgrounds, races, cultures, religions, genders, and sexual orientations to apply.
