Title: Lending Product Manager

Department: Corporate & Institutional Banking - Credit and Lending

Location: RiyadhCore Responsibilities: Ensures successful engagement in IT and relevant stakeholders on the development and enhancement initiatives.Ensures all product offerings are aligned to SAB’s marketing approach.Leads all initiatives on related queries from Coverage Teams and Support Teams.Promotes IFS business and actively explore to increase market share through visits.Promotes and executes project plans to deliver the transformation strategy.Ensure risk mitigation is central to all initiatives.

Actively raising MSIIs when necessary.Post Sale Check for lending products (excl. SME segment), on a bi-annual basis.Assesses with vendors for product updates, new product evaluation, future expansion plans and scheduling cost and quality management during execution of project involving vendors.Develops transformation within the department by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable goals achievement.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Experience in Lending, Product Management, Corporate Banking, or Financial Services.Strong knowledge of lending products, product development, transformation initiatives, risk management, and stakeholder/vendor management.
