Our teams collaborate across Trade Finance, Banking Operations, Finance, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Support to facilitate secure cross-border transactions and support global business growth.The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Letter of Credit Specialist to manage letter of credit transactions, coordinate trade finance documentation, and support international payment processes across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for a trade finance, banking operations, finance, or international trade professional looking to grow their career in an international and fully remote working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day letter of credit (LC) transactions from issuance through settlement.Review trade finance documentation for accuracy and compliance.Work closely with Trade Finance, Banking Operations, Finance, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Support teams.Coordinate with banks, customers, and suppliers regarding LC requirements.Monitor transaction timelines, amendments, and document submissions.Verify shipping documents against LC terms and conditions.Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting documentation.Prepare trade finance reports and management updates.Support compliance with international trade finance regulations and internal policies.Assist with resolving documentation discrepancies and payment issues.Monitor trade finance KPIs and transaction performance.Help improve LC processing workflows and operational efficiency.Support cross-functional projects involving international trade operations.Promote accuracy and timely execution of financial transactions.Stay informed about UCP 600, Incoterms, and trade finance best practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.1–3 years of experience in trade finance, letter of credit operations, banking, finance, or a related role is an advantage.Good understanding of letters of credit and international trade documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Good written and verbal English communication skills.Experience with banking systems, ERP platforms, or trade finance software is an advantage.Familiarity with SWIFT messaging, documentary collections, or import and export documentation is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.UAE or GCC trade finance experience is an advantage but not required.Relevant trade finance or banking certifications are welcome but not mandatory.What We Offer🌍 Fully Remote Work Arrangement💼 Full-Time Trade Finance Position📈 Career Growth & Professional Development🌐 Exposure to International Trade & Banking Operations🤝 International & Collaborative Working Environment🕒 Flexible Working Environment🚀 Opportunity to Support Regional & Global Trade Transactions
