Level 2 Support Engineer – IBM IntegrationJob SummaryWe are looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer with experience in IBM Integration technologies to support and maintain integration platforms across production and non-production environments. The role involves troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, performing deployments, and ensuring system stability.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve L2 support incidents and service requests.Perform log analysis, API validation, and SQL/database troubleshooting.Support IBM integration platforms, including App Connect, IIB/ESB, WebSphere, API Connect, and DataPower.Deploy releases to pre-production and production environments.Execute post-deployment verification and smoke testing.Work with L1, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.Document solutions and maintain support knowledge articles.Required SkillsIBM App Connect (ACE)IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / ESBIBM WebSphereIBM API ConnectIBM DataPower (DP)API IntegrationSQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)Git, Jenkins, CI/CDPreferred QualificationsExperience in application/integration support or production support.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.Good communication and documentation skills.
