Liabilities Management / Treasury Manager - Aircraft Leasing

Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a progressive, high growth aircraft leasing firm in Dublin on a Treasury Manager role.This role partners with Capital Markets, Finance, and external service providers to support the ongoing management of our funding and securitisation programmes.The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing treasury operations, managing ABSreporting and servicer reporting and oversight of monthly waterfalls and covenants to ensurethe effective governance of our funding structures.

Responsibilities

Oversee monthly ABS and Warehouse and other facility waterfallsManage relationships with our corporate service providerReview and coordinate lender, trustee, banking, and regulatory reporting requirements.Monitor facility performance, cash flows, and covenant compliance, identifying and escalating potential risks.Perform loan reconciliations and support lender information requests.Monitor daily cash movements and optimise surplus cash balances.Oversee debt-related cash settlements and payments.Review financing documentation, term sheets, and transaction cash flows to ensure operational accuracy.Partner closely with Capital Markets on new financings, refinancings, and ongoing programme management.Work with Finance to support reporting, reconciliations, audits, and funding-related analysis.Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and a robust control environment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

3 + years experience in Treasury Operations, Structured Finance, Securitisation, Corporate Treasury, or Capital Markets Operations.Strong understanding of debt facilities, ABS structures, cash flow waterfalls, covenant monitoring, and liability management.Experience managing third-party service providers and external financing stakeholders.Knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and liquidity management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
