We partner with leading financial institutions to build high-performing teams that drive digital transformation and product innovation.About The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Retail Liabilities Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert supporting CASA/deposit propositions for our banking client in KSA. This role owns pricing strategy, portfolio performance, customer acquisition and retention, and end-to-end product lifecycle activities for retail liability products.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as SME for CASA/deposit product propositions, from design through go-to-marketOwn pricing strategy and cost of funds analysis for retail liability productsMonitor and report on portfolio performance, tracking key liability KPIsDrive customer acquisition and retention strategies for deposit productsManage full product lifecycle activities — enhancements, repricing, sunset/migrationCollaborate with product, pricing, and treasury teams on deposit mix optimizationSupport development of Sharia-compliant deposit structures where applicableRequirementsMust-HavesStrong practical experience in consumer deposits/CASA productsSolid understanding of pricing strategy and cost of fundsHands-on experience with portfolio analytics and performance trackingExperience in retail banking liabilities environmentNice-to-HavesExperience with Sharia-compliant deposit structuresExposure to KSA/GCC retail banking marketExperience working with treasury or ALM teams on liability pricingWhy Join UsJoin a fast-growing consulting firm at the intersection of technology and finance, working directly with leading banking clients on high-impact liability propositions in one of the region's most dynamic markets.DisclaimerCodeNinja is an equal opportunity employer.
