Liaison Man (Onshore & Offshore) - Saudi Arabia

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate between onshore, offshore teams, clients, and subcontractors.Manage personnel mobilization, demobilization, crew changes, and offshore movements.Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, permits, and site access.Follow up on visas, medicals, training certificates, and required documentation.Maintain manpower and personnel movement records and reports.Liaise with HR, Logistics, Operations, HSE, clients, and relevant authorities.Resolve day-to-day personnel and logistical issues efficiently.Ensure compliance with client and company requirements.Requirements5+ years of relevant liaison/coordination experience.Proven onshore and offshore Oil & Gas experience.Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.Good knowledge of offshore mobilization and personnel logistics.Proficient in MS Office.Good command of English.BOSIET/H2S and relevant offshore certifications preferred.Mandatory Certificate - IADC certificate
