Our success is attributed to the dedication of our talented professionals, and this role is critical in maintaining the infrastructure that allows them to thrive.Position SummaryThe Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs including airframe structures, engines and aircraft systems. The Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technician (LAMT) will make repairs and conduct tests to keep equipment operating efficiently and safely. This position will be based in Milan, Italy at Milan Linate Airport (LIML).Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform all airframe and powerplant repairs and modifications required to meet company and regulatory requirementsRemove and disassemble defective parts; assemble and install of replacement parts and testing aircraft systemOperate all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignmentsComplete all required maintenance records in an accurate manner to include accurately reporting of times required to accomplish the tasks assignedMust support all company policies and safety programs to include HSE regulationsInterpret technical manuals and drawingsPresent a clean and neat work areaDemonstrate professionalism and deliver satisfaction to the internal/external customerPerform other related duties & responsibilities as assignedEducation & ExperienceMandatory B1 or B1/B2 EASA LicenseGood working knowledge of EASA Part 145Proven experience directly related to aviationType ratings on business jets desiredRequired SkillsMust possess the legal ability to work in ItalyPreferably, have the ability to travel in and out of the UK/EU and US and to all cities/countries where Flexjet servesMust speak English (B2+) and preferably ItalianMust maintain a valid driver’s licenseThe successful candidate will be highly motivated and work effectively under pressure and time constraintsMust have the ability to multi-task within a team environmentPossess proven inspection competenciesMust be detail-oriented and well organized; demonstrate excellent communication skills, and a positive attitudeContract & Work ConditionsContract Type: Permanent contract, CCNL Trasporto Aereo.
