This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who wants to shape clinical quality, develop counselors, and directly influence patient outcomes — with real authority to make it happen.ScheduleIn-person, Monday–Friday, 6am-3pm Why You'll Love Working HereMission that matters: Lead a team helping patients rebuild their lives and futures every dayCompetitive pay: Base pay $70,000-$85,000/year, plus comprehensive benefits — because your leadership deserves to be valuedFull benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus 401(k) and life insuranceWe invest in you: Tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, and paid professional development timeReal time off: Paid vacationA supportive, collaborative culture — work alongside compassionate professionals who share your dedicationWhat You'll DoAs Clinical Manager, you'll own the daily administration and clinical quality of CCG's services, partnering closely with the Executive Director to drive both team performance and patient outcomes.Leadership & Team DevelopmentPartner with the Executive Director on interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance managementConduct 1:1 supervision, annual reviews, and feedback sessions that inspire growth and accountabilityBuild a supportive, high-performing culture where clinicians feel valued and connected to their purposeClinical Quality & Model FidelityEnsure adherence to CCG's evidence-based, harm-reduction, recovery-oriented care modelCoach staff in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Trauma-Informed CareObserve sessions and safeguard documentation to maintain clinical standards and compliancePerformance & ComplianceOwn clinical KPIs — patient retention, program completion, outcomes, and length of stayEnsure staff KPIs like direct care hours are consistently metPartner with the compliance team to maintain CARF and state regulatory readinessPatient & Program ExcellenceResolve patient concerns quickly and thoughtfully to maintain high satisfactionPartner with the Executive Director and Medical Director to expand and improve programmingProvide direct clinical coverage and hands-on crisis support when needed, modeling best-in-class careCollaboration & Community ImpactPartner with HR on smooth onboarding and offboardingLead organization-wide clinical trainings to elevate team skillsetsBuild community partnerships that strengthen referral networks and visibilityWhat You BringMaster's degree in behavioral health-related field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.)At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disordersMinimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a human services or behavioral health settingLCADC, LCPC, LCSW-C, CAC-AD, and SUD Approved Supervisor status in Maryland Strong knowledge of CARF standards, state regulations, and DEA requirementsSkilled in providing group and individual counselingExcellent written, verbal, and documentation skills, including experience with electronic medical recordsEngaging leader who promotes accountability and supports positive clinical outcomesSolid understanding of addiction, treatment approaches, and community drug trendsCommitted to ethical and professional counseling standardsStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilitiesDirect Reports: All clinical staff within the clinic or regionReady to Lead With Purpose?If you're a clinical leader who wants to shape a program's culture, quality, and outcomes — not just manage it — we'd love to hear from you.
