Drops of Healing Counseling is growing, and we are looking for fully licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors to join our founding clinical team.Drops of Healing Counseling is a fully virtual North Carolina group practice providing trauma-informed, hope-centered mental health services. Caseloads are expected to develop over time through practice marketing, referral sources, clinician availability, client demand, and other practice-building efforts.What We’re Looking ForApplicants must:* Hold an active, unrestricted North Carolina LCMHC license* Be independently licensed to provide clinical mental health counseling without supervision* Maintain professional liability insurance* Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, documentation, and ethical practice* Be comfortable providing telehealth services* Be able to work independently while remaining connected to the larger practice* Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and timely communication* Be committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed careExperience working with trauma and related concerns is preferred.ResponsibilitiesClinicians will:* Provide individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth* Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation* Maintain appropriate professional and ethical standards* Manage their clinical schedule and availability* Participate in practice communication and administrative processes as needed* Collaborate appropriately regarding client care and continuity of services* Contribute to a professional practice culture centered on quality care, clinician well-being, and sustainable growthEmployment StructureThis position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
