Trusted by 400+ companies globally, TherapyMantra is committed to improving mental health and wellbeing for people wherever they are.Role Description The Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor will provide remote, part-time clinical counseling services to clients via secure online sessions. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions for a range of mental health concerns. The counselor will offer individual, couples, and family counseling, monitor client progress, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with other mental health professionals as needed, participating in case consultations, and using digital tools and resources to enhance client care and engagement. Counselors are expected to uphold professional boundaries, ensure client confidentiality, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive care environment.Qualifications Strong counseling skills, including therapeutic communication, rapport building, and delivery of evidence-based interventions.Demonstrated expertise in psychology and mental health, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of emotional and behavioral concerns.Experience in case management, including care coordination, treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up to support client outcomes.Competence in family therapy approaches and working with diverse family systems and relationship dynamics.Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or equivalent (e.g., LPC, LCPC, LPCC, LMHC), in good standing.Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related mental health field.Experience providing telehealth services and comfort using online platforms, electronic health records, and digital tools.Strong ethical judgment, cultural humility, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care for clients from diverse backgrounds.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a part-time remote caseload.Prior experience in crisis intervention, brief therapy models, or organizational/employee assistance programs is a plusInterested candidates can share their resume at rushali@mantra.care
