Responsibilities include providing counseling services to individuals, families, or groups, conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. The role also involves collaborating with other professionals to support client progress and ensuring appropriate case management to meet the unique needs of each client.QualificationsStrong skills in Counseling, Family Therapy, and case planningKnowledge of Mental Health and Psychology principlesProficiency in Case Management and maintaining detailed client recordsRelevant licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalentExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience with hybrid work environments is a plusMaster's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
