Location: California City, CA 93505Job Type: Full-Time | PermanentWork Setting: On-SiteSalary: $150,000 – $195,000 annuallyRelocation: Full Relocation Package AvailablePosition OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological assessment, treatment, counseling, and crisis intervention services in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be comfortable working with individuals with complex behavioral and mental health needs.

Experience in corrections, detention, forensic mental health, or correctional healthcare is preferred but not required.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychological screenings, assessments, and clinical interviews.Review available records and evaluate psychological and mental health needs.Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans.Provide psychological counseling and appropriate therapeutic interventions.Respond to mental health crises and provide crisis intervention.Conduct regular mental health rounds and assess individuals in various housing areas.Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.Monitor treatment progress and ensure appropriate follow-through.Consult with healthcare, educational, chaplain, and security staff regarding behavioral and mental health concerns.Apply appropriate psychological counseling theories, techniques, and interventions.Required QualificationsDoctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited college or university.Current, unrestricted California license to practice Psychology.Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in a comparable position.Must be at least 21 years of age.Valid driver's license.Preferred QualificationsCorrections or detention center experience.Experience working with incarcerated or justice-involved populations.Forensic mental health or forensic psychology experience.Experience providing crisis intervention and behavioral health services.BenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceRetirement BenefitsPaid Time OffFull Relocation PackageWhy Consider This Opportunity?This is an excellent opportunity for a California-licensed Psychologist looking to make a meaningful impact while working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
