Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Reliatus Behavioral Health is seeking a high-level Licensed Clinical Psychologist (HSP) to lead our Autism & Diagnostic Assessment team in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a unique "track-to-leadership" role: we are looking for a clinician who has the vision and expertise to grow into an Associate Director of Clinical Services as our Nashville operations expand.This role focuses on "gold-standard" diagnostic evaluations for ages 1–21 and provides oversight to a growing team of pre-licensed clinicians and testing technicians.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $115,000 – $140,000+ (commensurate with experience and leadership duties).Leadership Track: Clear milestones to transition into an Associate Director role.Autonomy: Flexible scheduling and caseload management.

Clinical Assessment & DiagnosisConduct comprehensive autism and differential diagnostic evaluations using ADOS-2, ADI-R, and MIGDAS-2.Provide "clinically excellent" reports that translate complex data into actionable, strengths-based recommendations for Nashville-area families and schools.Serve as the clinical lead for complex cases requiring expert differential diagnosis (ASD vs. ADHD, trauma, or mood disorders).2. Supervision & Mentorship (Tennessee Standards)Provide clinical supervision to Psychological Residents (post-docs) and Certified Psychological Assistants/Technicians in accordance with Tennessee Rule 1180-02.Act as the "Supervisor of Record" for clinicians accruing hours toward their HSP designation.Review and sign off on all psychological products, ensuring they meet the ethical standards of the Tennessee Board.3.
