قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition OverviewDATAMARK is seeking an experienced Back Office Manager to lead a high-performing back-office operation supporting customs processing activities. This role is responsible for ensuring day-to-day production operations are designed and executed to consistently meet client service level agreements, regulatory requirements, budget expectations, and profitability targets.The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with deep customs brokerage expertise and maintains an active Customs Broker License. This position will oversee customs-related back-office operations, drive process excellence, mentor leaders, and serve as a key liaison between operations, clients, and customs stakeholders.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead designated customs processing and back-office operations to meet or exceed gross margin and profitability targetsEnsure all customs-related processing activities are performed accurately and in compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and client requirementsProvide operational oversight and guidance on customs documentation, classification, entry processing, and related customs activitiesMaintain awareness of regulatory changes and implement process updates as necessaryPartner with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance concerns, process improvements, and client requirementsDirect production teams to achieve customer service level agreements (SLAs), compliance requirements, and contractual obligationsManage budgets, staffing plans, and operational resources to support business objectivesMonitor key performance indicators and present operational, quality, productivity, and financial results to executive leadership and clientsDevelop and mentor Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and production staff for future growth opportunitiesConduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development plansServe as an operational resource and perform leadership responsibilities as needed to support business continuityRequirementsActive U.S. Customs Broker LicenseExperience leading customs brokerage, international trade, import/export, logistics, freight forwarding, or trade compliance operationsExperience managing client-facing service operations in a high-volume environment preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree is preferred Minimum of 8 years of back-office or operations experience Minimum of 2 years of management experience Experience managing budgets, workforce planning, and profitability targets Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookBenefitsWhat We Offer: Comprehensive Health Care: Medical, dental, and vision plans Retirement Savings: 401k Life Insurance: Basic, voluntary, and AD&D coverage Time Off: Paid time off, paid volunteer hours, and major holidays Disability Coverage: Short-term and long-term disability plans Professional Growth: Training and development to advance your career Wellness Resources: Support for your overall well-being
