Position: Clinical Manager

Location: Victorville, CAEmployment Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–FridayPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Clinical Manager to provide clinical supervision, program oversight, and administrative leadership within a community-focused organization serving children and families.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee assigned programs, contracts, grants, and evidence-based services while ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.Provide clinical supervision to registered associates, interns, and other clinical staff.Conduct weekly individual and/or group supervision using a Reflective Practice Framework.Provide clinical and administrative guidance to program staff.Participate in required community, internal, and external meetings.Monitor program performance, documentation, and compliance.QualificationsMaster’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.At least 2 years of applicable clinical experience, preferably working with children birth–5 and their families.At least 1 year of supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, diagnosis, treatment planning, DSM-5/ICD-11, family systems, and clinical treatment modalities.Active California license through the Board of Psychology or Board of Behavioral Sciences for at least 2 years.Must be eligible to clinically supervise registered associates and/or interns.Valid California Driver’s License and ability to travel between agency/community locations.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployer-paid life insurance and long-term disability403(b) retirement plan with employer contribution and matchVacation, sick time, holidays, and paid winter breakEducation reimbursement and professional developmentEmployee assistance and wellness programsPublic Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility
