Kadosh provides clients and referrals, administrative support, and ongoing access to our Clinical Director for consultation and clinical support.This is a 100% remote position, with the option to provide some in-person sessions at our Brooklyn office if desired.Clinical Focus AreasOur clinicians work with a diverse range of presenting concerns, including:Anxiety & DepressionTrauma & PTSDPersonality-Related ConcernsAddictions & Substance UseRelationship & Family IssuesGrief & LossLife TransitionsOther Behavioral Health ConcernsExperience or training in EMDR, trauma-focused therapy, somatic approaches, couples therapy, or other specialized modalities is a plus, but not required.What We OfferFlexible full-time or part-time scheduleMinimum of 15 completed sessions per week100% remote work, with the option for some in-person sessions at our Brooklyn officeClients and referrals provided by KadoshDedicated administrative and office management support, including assistance with scheduling and day-to-day administrative needsOngoing clinical consultation and support from our Clinical DirectorCollaborative, supportive, and multicultural team environmentProfessional development and learning opportunitiesPotential opportunity for qualified LMHCs to supervise MHC-LPs as the practice continues to growResponsibilitiesProvide individual, couples, family, or other appropriate outpatient psychotherapy servicesConduct initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy sessionsDevelop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentationUse appropriate clinical terminology and documentation standardsMaintain professional and ethical standards in all aspects of client care and communicationEstablish and maintain a regular clinical scheduleAdjust regular availability periodically as needed in coordination with the practiceCollaborate with the Clinical Director and clinical team when consultation or support is neededProvide culturally responsive, client-centered, and evidence-based careQualificationsLicensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York StateCurrent authorization to practice independently in New York StateFamiliarity with DSM-5 and outpatient psychotherapyStrong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skillsStrong understanding of HIPAA requirements and confidentiality standardsFamiliarity with electronic health records and telehealth platformsStrong ethical standards and a client-centered approachAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a clinical teamComfortable providing telehealth servicesSpanish proficiency is a plus, but not requiredPosition Details
