Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist — LPC, LCSW, or LMFT

Remote, Hybrid, or In-PersonHeart 2 Soul Counseling is seeking a licensed Pennsylvania mental health therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our growing outpatient practice.We are looking for an experienced, compassionate clinician who wants the flexibility to build a schedule and caseload that works for them while being part of a supportive private-practice environment.This position may be 100% remote, hybrid, or in-person based on the clinician's preference.Required QualificationsApplicants must have:A master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related clinical fieldA current and active Pennsylvania license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFTStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentationAll required Pennsylvania background clearancesThis position requires independent clinical licensure. We are not currently considering LSW, LAPC, pre-licensed, license-eligible, or unlicensed applicants for this position.ResponsibilitiesThe therapist will:Provide outpatient psychotherapy within their areas of clinical competence and interestProvide individual, couples/marriage, family, and/or group therapy as appropriateConduct intake assessments and establish appropriate diagnosesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansReview and update treatment plans at least every 180 days or as otherwise clinically requiredComplete progress notes within 48 hours of each sessionProvide brief 15-minute consultations to prospective clients when appropriateMaintain professional, ethical, and confidential clinical recordsCoordinate care with other providers when clinically appropriate and authorized by the clientScheduleWe believe clinicians should have flexibility in designing a schedule that works for both them and their clients.Clinicians may choose to work:Fully remoteHybridFully in-person at our York officePart-time and full-time caseloads are available.Typical caseload expectations are approximately:Part-time: 15+ client sessions per weekFull-time: 25+ client sessions per weekClinicians have flexibility in determining the days and hours they make available within the needs of their caseload.CompensationThis is a fee-for-service position.Average compensation is approximately $45 per completed client hour and is negotiable based on experience, qualifications, specialties, and other relevant factors.Compensation and caseload expectations will be discussed during the interview process.What We OfferFlexible schedulingChoice of fully remote, hybrid, or in-person workEstablished outpatient private-practice environmentAdministrative and practice supportOpportunity to build a caseload that fits your clinical interestsIn-person office space available in York, PennsylvaniaTelehealth opportunities for clients throughout PennsylvaniaNational Health Service CorpsHeart 2 Soul Counseling is an NHSC-approved site.Eligible clinicians may have the opportunity to participate in National Health Service Corps student loan repayment programs, subject to current NHSC eligibility and service requirements.Clinicians interested in NHSC loan repayment may need to maintain an in-person presence at the approved practice site in accordance with current NHSC requirements. A fully remote work arrangement may therefore not meet NHSC requirements even though fully remote employment with Heart 2 Soul Counseling is available.NHSC eligibility and program requirements are determined by HRSA/NHSC and are subject to change.About Heart 2 Soul CounselingHeart 2 Soul Counseling is an outpatient mental health practice located in York, Pennsylvania.
