The team works collaboratively to help each client find the right counselor fit to support their unique needs and goals.Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed Professional Counselor role is based in Rogers, AR. Or Siloam Springs, AR. The counselor provides individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting clinical notes in a timely and accurate manner, and coordinating care with other providers when appropriate. The counselor participates in case consultation, ongoing training, and supervision as needed, and contributes to a supportive, ethical, and client-focused practice environment. This role also involves maintaining appropriate licensure, adhering to professional codes of conduct, and supporting the practice’s mission of fostering trust and safety in all therapeutic relationships.Qualifications Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or eligibility for licensure in Arkansas.Demonstrated skills in individual, couples, and family counseling, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based approaches).Strong interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills to support safe, trusting therapeutic relationships.Competence in clinical documentation, case management, and use of practice management or electronic health record systems.Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in consultation and supervision as needed.Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related mental health field from an accredited institution.Experience working with diverse client populations and a demonstrated commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive care.Availability for a full-time schedule and willingness to work on-site in Rogers, AR. Or Siloam Springs, AR.
