The Licensed Psychologist will conduct virtual psychological assessments, provide individual counseling and psychotherapy, and contribute to treatment planning within MantraCare’s AI-supported care ecosystem. Daily responsibilities include delivering evidence-based interventions, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, collaborating with other mental health and medical professionals, and participating in case reviews as needed. The role also involves using digital tools and telehealth platforms to support clients, ensuring high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and culturally sensitive care across diverse populations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Psychology and Mental Health, with expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.Candidates should possess skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning.Candidates should possess familiarity with Medicine as it relates to behavioral health, including understanding of comorbid chronic conditions.Candidates should possess excellent communication, telehealth, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a technology-enabled environment.Licensed Psychologist (or equivalent license) in good standing, with eligibility to provide telehealth services in relevant jurisdictions.Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology or a closely related field from an accredited institution.Experience providing remote or digital mental health services and comfort working with AI-supported clinical tools is highly beneficial.Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and collaborative, patient-centered care.
