Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual therapy sessions, performing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting care in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. The therapist collaborates with the AI-driven platform, reviewing AI-generated insights, adjusting care plans as needed, and escalating complex cases for additional support. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary team members, participating in case reviews, and maintaining continuity of care across mental health and related wellness domains. The therapist also contributes to improving engagement and outcomes by offering culturally sensitive care, monitoring client progress, and recommending resources or referrals when appropriate.Qualifications Current, active license as a mental health professional (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) in good standing, with authority to provide telehealth services in relevant jurisdictions.Demonstrated skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, solution-focused, trauma-informed approaches).Experience delivering remote or telehealth therapy, including comfort with video platforms, digital documentation, and AI-enabled clinical tools.Ability to manage a diverse caseload, maintain clear treatment plans, and adhere to ethical guidelines, privacy regulations, and clinical quality standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including cultural humility, sensitivity to global populations, and the ability to build rapport in virtual settings.Organizational skills to handle part-time scheduling, timely documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across time zones.Preferred experience working with employer- or payer-based programs, integrated care models, or chronic condition support (mental health, diabetes, MSK, or nutrition).Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health discipline from an accredited
