Licensing and Regulatory Specialist

The Licensing and Regulatory Specialist supports the Legal & Regulatory compliance team.This role will primarily be responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and renewing licenses and registrations and assisting with key aspects of the insurance company regulatory and licensing compliance function, both domestically and internationally.Completing and tracking insurance company license applications and registrationsPreparing license and registration renewals, corporate amendment filings,Manage insurance company holding act affiliate transactionsReinsurance contract executionMaintain insurance company director and officer notificationsLiaising with state insurance departments on information requests, inquiries, and other communicationsMaintain ongoing compliance in the domestic United States and internationallyThe Licensing and Regulatory specialist works cross-functionally within legal, underwriting, and finance teams to ensure that all licensing activities remain in full compliance with applicable insurance laws and regulatory requirements.Bachelor's Degree2 + years experience with licensing or regulatory compliance in insurance or financial servicesStrong attention to detailStrong analytical and project management skills
