Our client, a growing home textiles company, is seeking a Licensing Coordinator.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a day-to-day liaison between the company and outside licensors and brand partnersCoordinate the submission and approval process for licensed designs, artwork, samples, packaging, and sales collateralPartner with the Creative team to ensure licensed artwork and product concepts meet brand guidelines prior to submissionManage communication and follow-ups between licensors and internal creative/product teamsTrack licensor feedback, revisions, and approvals to keep projects moving on scheduleCoordinate delivery of style guides, packaging assets, marketing materials, and other licensor requirementsMaintain accurate licensing files, product matrices, approval trackers, and project calendarsQualifications3+ years of relevant experience in licensing, consumer products, product development, brand management, sales support, or a related fieldPrior licensing experience requiredHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookComfortable managing spreadsheets, trackers, product matrices, and detailed calendarsAbility to work cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, Sourcing, Production, and overseas teamsProfessional and confident when interacting with external brand partnersMust be comfortable working in a PC/Windows environment; company does not use MacsPlease submit your resume for consideration!You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
