We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensing Coordinator to join our Home Textiles team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a portfolio of 20+ premier licensed brands and collaborate across Design, Sales, Production, and external licensing partners to bring branded home products to market.The Licensing Coordinator will play a key role in managing day-to-day communication with licensors, coordinating product approvals, and ensuring that all licensed products meet brand standards and established timelines.The Licensing Coordinator will play a key role in managing day-to-day communication with licensors, coordinating product approvals, and ensuring that all licensed products meet brand standards and established timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and foster strong, positive relationships with licensors across a portfolio of 20+ premier brands.Serve as the primary liaison between Licensors, Sales, Design, and Production throughout the product development process.Coordinate and track all required licensor approvals, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.Manage approvals across all stages of product development, including: Concepts and designs, Pre-production samples, Packaging, Final production samplesMaintain organized records and tracking of submissions, approvals, revisions, and outstanding action items.Monitor development timelines and proactively follow up with internal teams and licensors to keep projects moving forward.Identify potential risks to licensor requirements, brand standards, or deadlines and work closely with management and internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.Communicate licensor feedback clearly to Design, Sales, and Production and ensure requested revisions are properly implemented.Assist in preparing presentations, product reviews, line reviews, and other licensing materials as needed.Support multiple brands and projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Job Qualifications1- 3 years year’s experience with licensing, product development, home textiles, fashion, accessories, or consumer products.Ability to work 5 days a week in NY officeStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-through skills.Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential issues before they impact timelines.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable keeping many moving pieces on track.
