The OpportunityBluestone is seeking a Revenue & Operations Manager (“RevOps”) to lead key business functions including the sales pipeline, customer service, compliance, reporting, and business systems. You will execute the day-to-day work and build the processes, metrics, and infrastructure to optimize healthy growth. If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and helping shape the future of an organization, this role offers a front-row seat.What you'll doOwn the operational processes that support growth, compliance, and extraordinary service.Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM, policy management system, reporting, and other core business systems to optimize our sales pipeline, engagement with stakeholders, and workflows.Develop KPI dashboards and provide performance insights to leadership.Document, improve, and scale processes through SOPs, playbooks, and technology solutions. Including policy service, carrier coordination, licensing, and revenue tracking.Who You AreExperienced operational and sales support manager in the life insurance industry.
